Restrict the cooking oil to half liter per month
- Regular physical exercise
- optimal body weight
- Normal blood sugar (without anti diabetic drugs)
- Normal blood cholesterol (without statins)
- Blood pressure within normal range
Stop eating out (birthdays,marriages,get together etc)
